Tycoonism – “Difficulties are meant to rouse, not discourage. The human spirit is to grow strong by conflict.”

March 20, 2009

Trials, tribulations and difficulties in life have caused most people to shy away embracing day-to-day challenges. Instead of viewing these challenges as opportunities, and using them to better themselves, they cower with fear, which prevents them from achieving their goals. Fear is an illusion, which is precisely why we say it’s an acronym for

False Evidence Appearing Real

Let me give you another example of how fear works as a negative force to undermine your life’s Success System. It’s almost impossible to believe, but there are some people who actually are afraid to ask for what they really want. And even more afraid to get what they want! There really are people out there who would rather stay in economic crisis because it is all they have ever known. They are so accustomed to living from paycheck to paycheck that the thought of doing something different terrifies them; even if that something different will transform their lives for the better!

Removing the “what-ifs” and the “buts” in your life, serious and all-to-common stumbling blocks (and people), is the first step; the moment you take these out of your thoughts, you will begin to welcome challenges in your life. Tackling each tribulation, problem and trial no longer will appear scary, but will be relished as you allow your true self to emerge victorious. Instead of asking “What if I fail”, you will ask, “What if I Succeed?”

Success and failure is a two-sided coin. How it lands, once you have thrown it up, depends solely on how you look at it – how you view it! What you must shift is Your Focus from the negative to the positive side of the coin. From Failure to Success. The fact is, if you don’t shift your perspective, you have failed before you have even started…you have talked yourself out of the possibility of Success.

But at the end of the day, at the end of your life, you have only yourself to face in the mirror; you only have yourself to answer to and, you have only yourself to blame (if that’s your choice) for not following the Success Path you have set yourself. Either You Are in Control (Success Mode) or Under Control (Fear Mode). Don’t be afraid to make a decision; any decision. Even a bad decision will lead you to a treasure chest of Knowledge that will allow you to make a better decision in the future.

Remember, people begin to become successful ONLY after the moment they decide to be!
