Tycoonism “You have to expect things of yourself before you can do them.”

May 4, 2009

What happens if you have low expectation on others? This means that you have low expectation on yourself as well. When you expect less from yourself, then you expect the same from others. Why do you think that in most cases of abuse, women who allow themselves to be pushed around tend to expect low from others as well as herself. When you expect higher from yourself, you expect the same degree of high treatment from others. If you think you have high regards of yourself, then tendency is you would not allow others to treat you less than you think they should.

When you have confidence on yourself, you are committed to seek for what we want, expect to get what we ask for, and do whatever it takes to get what we want. Doing whatever it takes means change; change in the way we think, the way we behave, our expectations, our choices, all of it! Commitment Saves You Stress, Time, Energy, Money – S-Y-S-T-E-M. Confidence doesn’t come out of nowhere. It’s a result of something. Hours and days and weeks and years of constant work and dedication. Only a fool’s fool would plant seeds before he knew how to care for his land, right? That’s ridiculous! An effective farmer follows a system that has been passed down from generations of farmers. He tills his land, plants the seeds, nurtures his crops, and reaps the benefits. He follows this system exactly as his ancestors have laid it out, with the confidence and faith that the end product will be a healthy crop.

Even small children know you have to adopt and follow a system to get a desired result. Children learn early on that crying will get them what they want. What do they do instantly, when they DON’T get what they want? That’s right, they keep crying. That is their system, which invariable gets them what they want time and time again—

ATTENTION! Wouldn’t it be great if we could continue to use this system? Well, we can’t, so stop your whining and adopt my proven system!
